I transported my car from Holyoke, MA to Palm Springs, CA. I called Fisher Shipping and spoke with Dave & Nicole. Right out of the gate I was blown away with the customer service. They only use a few transport companies and all have A+ ratings. I called Dave a bunch of times with questions and he even called me during off hours to answer questions I had. I highly recommend using them for any transport needs.

I called these guys after being unable to contact a company I had already booked with who went rogue on me. The other company had put my car on a hold which didn’t allow anyone else to transport it. Luckily Russ was able to work around that problem company.
I needed my car gone to California within a week and Russ got it scheduled and it was picked up by the 3rd day at 9am.
He really did help us a lot to get out from the other company’s hold on my car.

This was my first time shipping a car and it went great! After speaking with several other companies and getting frustrated with the entire process, a friend with a car dealership recommended me to Fisher. I called Jerry and his “down to earth” personality really put me at ease. During transit I had to change the delivery address and Jerry was more than understanding and accommodating. Delivery went smooth and the car arrived in the same condition as when we loaded it onto the trailer. All-in-all it was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need to ship your car.
