Phone calls or texts were addressed promptly, rates were very reasonable and they were very accommodating to our schedule. I requested a pick-up ASAP and they were able to accommodate that request and scheduled a truck. Unfortunately, WE were not prepared and had to cancel the pick up and reschedule for a couple of days later. They understood and worked with us to reschedule the transport. This was my first time shipping a car and it went great! After speaking with several other companies and getting frustrated with the entire process, a friend with a car dealership recommended me to Fisher. I called Jerry and his “down to earth” personality really put me at ease. During transit I had to change the delivery address and Jerry was more than understanding and accommodating. Delivery went smooth and the car arrived in the same condition as when we loaded it onto the trailer. All-in-all it was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need to ship your car.
