How do I pay?
Upon scheduling your vehicle on a truck, we will take a deposit (usually 20-30% of total cost) on a credit or debit card. The balance will be due on delivery in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.
Can I put items in the vehicle?
Yes. You can pack up to 75 pounds inside the vehicle. It must be in the trunk or back seat of the vehicle. It cannot block the view through any of the windows and nothing is allowed on the floor behind the driver’s seat. Keep in mind that these items are not covered by the truck’s cargo insurance policy, nor is any damage that is caused by these items moving around inside of the vehicle during transport. We suggest only packing items that aren’t valuable, such as clothing and bedding.
What info does Fisher Shipping need from me?
To ensure a safe, fast and successful vehicle delivery, we will need some basic information.
- Your Contact Info: Your full name, address and phone number.
- Vehicle Info: Year, make, model and the VIN# for the vehicle(s).
Notes: the VIN# can be found on your registration or on a placard where the windshield meets the dashboard. If you are not with the vehicle, you can usually call your insurance agent to get this information.
- Delivery/Pickup Contact Info: Please provide the name, address and phone number for the contact at both the pickup and delivery end.
