Misha was our shipper. He was expected to meet me 3 or 4pm to ship the cars from the east coast to Texas. His arrival time to load our 2 cars was extremely delayed. The only time he could meet me with my cars was during a going away dinner with my friends. He was very kind and accommodating and told me to take my time even if it meant meeting at midnight. Due to the delay, he then had our cars delivered 1 day early which more than made up for the hassle of rescheduling the pick up.
